SCREEN PRINTING:

Screenprinting can be a very cost effective way of reproducing your team logo or name. It is also the most widely used means of decorating fashion t-shirts & the only way to produce many of the most popular looks.

However when printing small quantities the price per item can appear to be quite high due to the set-up charges for screens & film for each colour in the print. These charges are the same whether you print 2 or 200 units so the price per item drops dramatically the more you print.

As a general rule it's a good idea to keep designs simple and the number of colours to a minimum. Often these prints will be the most striking anyway!

We offer screenprinting at cost price as part of our service or we can work with your existing printer - the choice is yours.

Should you choose to use us the following chart will give you an idea of applicable costs. We also can offer creative suggestions on how you can modify designs to reduce the cost or other means of decoration which may be more cost effective.

PRINTING CHARGES

*Prices are based on plastisol ink printed on white or light coloured grounds. Light colours printed on dark grounds require one extra print colour & screen.

Quantities under 25 or over 1000 P.O.A.

*No set-up charges apply on re-orders within a 12 month period. After that time a set-up charge of $25.00 per colour applies.
